I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was impressed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Taksim Square. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and catching the airport shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Mehmet and Engin who went above and beyond to assist me with an issue. The room was clean and cosy, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the amazing terrace view where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. I was thoroughly impressed with this place and would highly recommend it.

The Hotel is Excellent , The Staff is Superb, extremely Help full and kind , very supportive , rooms are spacious , Ideal Location in Taksim, 5 min walk to Taksim Square , Decor, Hotel Facilities are beyond doubt. Our booking was a non refundable booking but we decided to cancel last 2 nights and despite the non refundable booking the hotel manager , Nehal was very kind and agreed to cancel and refund the cost of last 2 nights . We were very happy during our stay at the Hotel .

Every Thing was just Superb, we loved the Hotel and Highly recommend it .

Poor experience with luggage storage which left me believing my bag was missing (luckily it was later located). There is not enough security and I had to wait nearly 15 mins before anyone came to the desk

Yes. I wondered the roome we stayed in, was very small (maybe for a single person). It hadn't expected it from a 4 star hotel. Further, there wasn't any notification about that in your site, when I was checking.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to have a late check out and keeping my luggage until it was time for me to leave. this hotel provided fantastic value for both couples and families.

Thr rooms was comfortable , bathroomwas nice

Internet was slow although it was not free of charge , and when complained to reception, they couldnt solve it

The hotel had a good location, close to the city centre, with easy access to tourist sites. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to offer assistance and provide helpful recommendations. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good lighting.

There were some negatives during our stay. The air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, making the rooms uncomfortably warm.

Location and reasonably priced.

The neighborhood area full of people who wants to sell you tour packages and offering you to the near by restaurants annoying

Some guests commented on the lack of sound isolation in the rooms, which can be disruptive to sleep.

Helpfulness of the staff was worth noting. Although they had a delay in providing some services, it could be neglected
